3. Products and Custom Work
CNBCustom specializes in custom-made and personalized products, including engraved metal tags, plates, labels, and related items.
Because these products are made to order based on customer specifications:
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
- Minor variations in engraving, finish, or appearance may occur
- Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, numbers, dates, and layout details before submitting an order
4. Ordering Process
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase.
After submitting an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- Production begins once payment has been successfully processed
- Orders may be declined if they contain inappropriate, prohibited, or unsafe content
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
We accept major payment methods through Shopify-approved payment providers. Prices may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders over $15 within the United States, as shown at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Custom Products
Because most products sold by CNBCustom are custom-made to order, returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once production has begun.
However, we will review and help resolve issues if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a manufacturing defect caused by us
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue for review.
Non-Custom Products
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns and refunds are also subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which outlines eligibility and procedures.
8. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, or specifications are completely error-free.
