Returns
Because most products sold by CNBCustom are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for non-defective products.
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To report an issue, please contact us at info@cnbcustom.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

Custom Products
Many of our products, including custom metal tags, engraved plates, and personalized labels, are custom-made to order.
Each custom item is engraved based on the information submitted at checkout. Please review your order carefully before placing it, including spelling, dates, numbers, font selections, and layout options.
Because these items are personalized and manufactured to order, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation and work to help resolve it.
Refunds
If a return or refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@cnbcustom.com.
