Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production Time


All products are custom-made to order.

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $15 within the United States. Free shipping applies to the eligible shipping method shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin once an order has shipped and do not include production time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, or holidays.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking Information


Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the item so we can review the issue and assist.

If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
