Available Materials

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is a great choice for long-term equipment identification, outdoor use, industrial environments, utility tags, valve tags, and permanent asset labeling. It has a clean metal look and holds up well in demanding environments.

Aluminum

Aluminum is lightweight, clean-looking, and a good option for asset tags, inventory tags, fleet tags, equipment labels, and general-purpose numbered tags. Black aluminum tags are also available for high-contrast engraving.

Brass

Brass works well for valve tags, mechanical rooms, utility tags, decorative industrial labeling, and premium identification tags. Brass has a more traditional look and is a good fit when you want the tags to stand out.

Numbering and Text Options

We can engrave simple sequential numbers, custom prefixes, suffixes, repeated text, or fully unique tag information.

2. Include any repeated text, company name, equipment type, or spreadsheet/list.
3. We review the details and provide a quote.
4. For larger or more detailed orders, a proof can be provided before production.
5. Once approved, the tags are engraved and shipped.

Spreadsheet-Friendly Ordering

Have a list of asset numbers, valve numbers, unit numbers, or equipment names? Send the spreadsheet or typed list and we can engrave each tag with the correct information.

This is ideal for projects where every tag has a different number or ID, but the overall layout stays the same.
